It's always good to share, describe and teach. The more people are aware of how things really are and how the person is suffering from these illnesses the easier it is to help, sometimes simply by understanding. I have a few close friends who are suffering from different mental illnesses and they are really open with what they are going through, which helps both them and the people around them! Thanks for describing

When my wife first got really ill about 10 or so years ago we hid things. Now it has all become such a normal part of our lives we talk about it and try to make friends and family understand more.
