Not according to Google Play I'm not
eSteem legacy version 1.6.0 is removed from PlayStore.
Try installing latest version from here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.esteem.mobile.android
Legacy version doesn't have ESTM token, but new version has, you will earn ESTM tokens while using new app. Give it a try and let us know how it works for you. 😉
