Mental Health is real!!!! It will become an illness which will only become worse.

Recently, Chester Benninton, Lead Singer of Linkin Park took his own life at the age of 41. From the outside, it would be easy to say why would a rock star, who has millions of dollars, adoring fans, and a lifestyle we could only dream about take his own life? Mental health and addiction do not discriminate. Be it a rock star, sportsperson, or an average Joe down the street, we are all susceptible.

If anyone is suffering from mental health please face the problem head on and speak to a doctor or counselor... there is no shame.. sometimes we think it is just a temporary 'thing' we go through... yet something temporary can become peramnent and uncontrollable. It is a very real issue and the more people talk about it, it becomes normal and there is no shame in that.
