What if I tell that you all are doing it wrong and there is a better way to sleep. Many would condemn this as they would not like to be proven wrong and many would deny it because they are too scared to get out of that sweet yet dreadful zone.

We have always been fed that night of quality sleep is a must for us as it keeps the following day good and going and moreover, it is good for the functioning of your brain.
To prove this argument, I would like to add some statements from a recent study by the University of Rochester. Which says that When you sleep the brain starts a process that includes the removal of toxic proteins that are the by-product of any neural activity when you were awake. If the process is interrupted somehow and left in the middle then that would leave you to some serious consequences.
Now, this was an argument for why do we need a good night’s sleep and now we will discuss about how can we possess that good night’s sleep.

Zero Pressure
There is a reason and a need to use men's underwear in our everyday life. The reason is to hold them in their natural place and prevent them from running here and there when not needed. This all happens when you are on the move, not when you are still.
So why bear the unnecessary pressure on your precious skin. Sleeping without underwear gives your skin time to relax and heal if applied pressure is intense.
It is Healthier
Sleeping naked is healthier. To proves my claim, I would like to add some statements from the study conducted by The U.S. National Institute of Health.
According to their research sleeping naked has some health benefits which involves losing weight. To support this they say that keeping yourself cool while sleeping speed ups metabolism simultaneously your body creates more brown fat to warm up.
That very brown fat produces heat by burning calories and this the reason why your metabolism is through the roof now.
Reduces Stress
The most important of all. To prove this, I just want to add that try a day sleeping without your underwear, I know for many it may be a little inconvenient once It grows on to you, Nobody can stop you from sleeping like a baby. It definitely reduces all day’s stress and helps you improve your overall health.
