As a Goldmoney shareholder I received the first traunche of the Mene distribution shares last night.

Mene spun out of Goldmoney earlier last month:

The plan was to distribute Mene shares in batches to Goldmoney shareholders and the first of these just came in. Mene is trading in the US and Canada:

The new shares just showed up in my brokerage account this morning:

Mene has made some huge steps in the growth roadmap in addition to the spin out this year including this $30 million capital raise and a secured gold note:

This capital will fuel growth as mene expands infrastructure to increase inventory so we can all get more of this:

If you were a Goldmoney shareholder by the ‘must own’ date in November, you might want to check your brokerage to see if you got your distribution.

According to the Company this is just the first batch and more Mene shares are set to be distributed in the future.

As with all precious metals companies, Goldmoney shares have been under pressure

The Company is putting its fiat where its mouth is by buying back shares with cash on hand. Goldmoney Inc. just bought a bunch of shares:
