Goldmoney Inc. Announces Normal Course Issuer Bid

Goldmoney has announced a Normal Course Issuer Bid, otherwise known as a “share buyback.”

“TORONTO – (March 7, 2019) – Goldmoney Inc. (TSX:XAU) (“Goldmoney” or the “Company”) announces acceptance by the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) of Goldmoney’s Notice of Intention to make a normal course issuer bid (the “NCIB”) to purchase for cancellation 3,000,000 common shares ( the “Shares”) of Goldmoney, representing 3.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares as at March 1, 2019.”

This means that Goldmoney can buy up to another 3 million shares to reduce the “float” or tradable shares on the market.

Usually companies do this when they feel the shares are undervalued. Goldmoney is planning to buy these shares with cash on hand.

This is a material announcement and should be taken note of by current or future Goldmoney shareholders.
