Dear Time Traveler: The Year is 2019 and I just Paid Someone in Gold

If you are a time traveler from the pre 1900s, you are probably thinking:

“What’s the big deal, I pay with gold all the time.”

If you are a time traveler from the future, you are also probably thinking:

“What’s the big deal, gold payments are routine ever since the defunct fiat system was abandoned.”

But here in 2019, gold payments, though possible, are not common.

This is how I did it...

I selected “New Transfer” from the dropdown menu on the left of my Goldmoney Holding dashboard:

I selected gold vaulted for me in Toronto by Goldmoney:

Using the Transfer Calculator, I chose the amount of gold to send:

I was sent a PIN by e mail to confirm:

Thats it! The gold payment was sent:

It felt great to send real gold as a payment, just like they did in the past, just like they will do in the future.
