BBQ with Mene at Goldfashioned House

We are closing in on summer and so today it was time to break in the grill at @goldfashioned’s house... with Mene!

Upon arrival we quickly snapped a photo of the 24 karat gold Crown ring :

I brought along the 42% Not Gold ring AKA the 14k “gold” ring I bought for comparison purposes:

See the difference? Focus on the color and not the style, you will see that 24 karat gold makes 14 karat gold look like silver in color.

We moved on and fired up the grill:

I had no fear that the Mene ring would melt as pure gold is indestructible!

The 14k ring had me a little more worried:

Finally the burgers were ready! I haven’t seen anyone enter @thedamus ‘s #showyourburger with a GOLD burger until now:

Gold burgers are tasty!!

Finally, we topped it all off with a 24karat gold sundae:

I have to say it was a good day.... but I did have to use my Mene 24k!
