I don't either, but my body disagrees.
haha! yes sir. Howdy sir Vincent, my body doesn't want to agree either but I speak to it and I think the aging slows down. I may be crazy but I think so! lol.
Okay, I will speak to my body, and see if it helps in slowing down the aging. :-)
ha! I know it sounds crazy but there is alot of science behind it actually. Well we take our words very seriously because the Bible warns us about that and gives a great deal of information about how powerful our words are. But since then we have seen science back up those facts by showing cells exposed to positive words and then exposed to negative words and the ones exposed to negative words were all damaged.
Also some psychiatrists treat patients with positive word affirmations and they have the people say those words everyday and the results are amazing, much much better results than drugs. furthermore they've proven that the speech center in the brain is connected to every organ of our body and is affected by our speech, that one is amazing!
So yes, I believe it and it is both science and Biblical.
