Exactly. Pretty impressive to have your wisdom last thousands of years without having a religion spring up around you, no? Maybe there should be an Aristotlism... hmmmmm.

Religion is connected with faith not with wisdom - which one is a connection of intelligence and knowledge.

Yeah, it's always bothered me that religions consider faith as a virtue. Why is that? Why does a god require my faith in him/her/it/them? It seems if a god was onmipotent, requiring a lesser being to have faith, blind faith, in my existence is a bit of petty game playing. Why not just provide irrefutable proof and let us decide from there?

You know who else requires us to have faith? Conmen and psychics... if we believe what they say to be true, then it will be... right up to the point we check our wallets.
