After the Roswell crash in 1947, President Harry Truman issued an executive order to form a secret committee of scientists, military leaders & government officials to investigate. This committee was called Majestic12 & answered to no one other than the U.S President. In 1954 President Eisenhower headed a treaty with the aliens.
