Check out the expiry date!
I was at my grandparent's place yesterday and I dug up some old things belonging to them just to take a look. In fact, my grandfather has alott of interesting mementos, coins and notes from yesteryear and I might actually want to create a steemit account dedicated to talking about them, and maybe start researching on these old items/antiques in the future. Let's see!
So what I found was this voucher beneath a souvenir note that he had purchased in the past.
It is a voucher for Rama Thai Restaurant. I have heard of this restaurant before in the past but I am not sure if it actually still exists now.
It is an $18 voucher on our bill if we do visit there for our meal... Can't wait.....!
Except... that I am 21 years too late?
Take a look at the bottom right corner of this voucher. Do you spot the expiry date? I am honestly surprised at the condition of this paper and voucher. I thought it might have become yellowish after all these years!
