This is also fits the @SteemFlagRewards abuse category of contest spam. Also, one of your peeps was reported for misusing the bid bots on a post consisting of a single meme. I can understand maybe $10 tops.

Dude, I love memes but that's not really the point.
I'm ok with my memes making a few cents which they have. I'm not afraid to fail. No need to buy $100 of votes to buffer ourselves from the reality of criticism.

meanwhile you put bounties on people for being slightly creative and now have blacklisted the guy... for your 1 perceived infraction, of your made up rules.
He's already said he would not do it again, yet you still have him blacklisted.
