Dude, I love memes but that's not really the point.
I'm ok with my memes making a few cents which they have. I'm not afraid to fail. No need to buy $100 of votes to buffer ourselves from the reality of criticism.
We just deal with it, bro. That's life. Think these damn bots are doing y'all folks a disservice for that very reason.
Instead of pursuing excellence, people be buying participation trophies. 🏆
Forget that noise. If it makes you feel better about yourself, go in right ahead but if the content don't match the votes. People can and will flag.

meanwhile you put bounties on people for being slightly creative and now have blacklisted the guy... for your 1 perceived infraction, of your made up rules.
He's already said he would not do it again, yet you still have him blacklisted.
There was a recent development that this may not have been the first time. Gathering the evidence and will let you know soon.
