My yearbook teacher told us to always be on the lookout for people with one red eye and the other not because it can be an early sign of a brain tumor. Not saying this is medical advice or legit. Just saying she made us check all the pictures for this particular trait and so according to her, you might want to check your other pictures or take note of recent headaches, motor skill changes. Again this is not medical advice just hearsay.
