Glad that you've mentioned it. I wonder if these $0,00001–votings are part of a joke. Maybe any Minnow will have a little Whale-feeling while doing this crazy voice splitting.
Maybe there is a deeper sense behind it which I just couldn't grasp so far, but at least I couldn't find a logical reason for these mini-votes.
