People post stuff like this and I get that fees are frustrating and being charged to use your own money is ridiculous, at the same time banks keep money relatively safe in the first world anyway. Most banks tell you the fees in advance and you voluntarily choose to put your money in the bank and accept the terms and conditions of the bank by doing that.
Also banks have to keep the lights on in their offices, pay staff, update and protect IT system, pay insurance, etc etc. and make a profit for their shareholders.

Choose a different bank, with fewer fees, or save your money better, be a small bit more frugal when possible to avoid certain bank charges and overdraft fees or join a cryptocurrency bank and have your money lose 50% of it's value in a few months ;). No but seriously you can get paid to a crypto bank and hold bitcoin if you want to avoid bank fees. Even if bitcoin stayed constant your fees would likely be higher that with a regular bank for transfers currency conversion etc

Maybe a better option is join and use a credit union.
