They have two accounts that vote - @busy.pay (500k SP) and @busy.org (210k SP) ;) The second one is voting on all posts done via busy.org + using the tag #busy. But they vote with really small % of their votepower.
The larger one doesn't vote on all posts by all users - but when it does, the upvote tends to get as large as 10$ ;)

What are their criteria for voting?
Do i understand @felixxx right, that it has to do with posting daily?
I don't know - If I would, I would try to get them too :P
