It sounds like Robert Mugabe could quite possibly be coming to seek asylum in South Africa. Although this is against the constitution of South African, as we know this has never stop Zuma from allowing his friends to gain safety in desperate times. The best part of it all is that South African tax-payers could quite possibly have to pay for it even though Bob owns several mansions. Indeed it is a sad state of affairs, moat likely Cyril will step in and we know what his capable of eg. Marikana... so it real is hard to say who will be beter. I think the more serious question is, is there still a place for goverment in this day and age?
