It isn't just used to make Heroin... It's also used to make Morphine, codeine, Oxymorphone, Hydromorphone, Hydro/oxycodone, and every other opiate known to man that are used in hospials. Of course it ALL remains a problem, but people always say it's only used to make heroin.
