If we can all comment 1 thing just 1 thing that keeps us motivated be it a routine.. a quote .. a thought or picture anything ...

As soon as i get to work it is like i tell my colleagues today it is going to be great (kind of a self initiated group motivation), do some jokes, fool around with the ladys that is what motivates me at work through out the day. To sum that up it is the mindset which motivates me and others around me!
