How to Meme: Hey 🅱️eter Meme

Welcome back to another blog episode of How To Meme. Its been a couple days since my last one. If you are returning, welcome back, and I am suprised you did considering how scuicidal the last How to Meme blog could have made you.

Anyways if you don't already know, in this series I teach you how to create a specific meme. The meme we are going to be looking at today is the Hey 🅱️eter meme:

Difficulty Level: Hard

Now since this is a more difficult meme lets begin by reverse engineering the one above.

As we can see, it contains 4 key components: The 🅱️ emoji, different scenes/depictions of Peter Griffin from the show Family guy, a character from another series, and heavy, eye-raping distortion in the background or on the characters. All of these things are then combined using horrendous Photoshop skills, thus creating a weird situation between the characters, which ends with 🅱️eter saying like, share, or some other action to give notoriety to the post in order to gain something bizarre.

With this in mind, lets follow this step-by-step process I made:

1. Find a couple pictures of Peter from Family guy
2. Find a character from a series of your choice.
3. Make a dialogue for the characters in this order: Make the character of your choice say "Hey 🅱️eter", then followed by 🅱️eter respond to the character in acknowledgment, pointing out what series they are from. Next, have the character ask 🅱️eter a question or give him a command. End with 🅱️eter in a surprised state exclaiming "holy crap" or something along those lines.
4. Take several doses of LSD or acid of any kind.
   
5. Combine everything together in photoshop, make sure it looks as shitty as humanly possible (shouldn't be to hard since you are tripping by now). Lens flares are recommended.

And there you go, you successfully made a the meme.
