I wouldn't say it so simple as 1 is better than other. These coins are different things for different purposes.

If you judge by speed and amount of transaction, yeah STEEM is better, if you compare by store of value (like gold), BTC is better.

But by looking at Weiss rating, I think they rate coins by their usability now and potential in the future (+ team behind them, etc.)
