Sometimes you just need to draw a picture and break down the question into simple components. Am I really missing any important nuances here? Government territorial claims are not analogous to private property lines. Government does not represent you. Collective guilt is irrational. "Public property" is owned by no one, and you do not have a share in any collective ownership. Government documentation is evidence of servitude to government. Government privileges are not the same as rights.
