When you get the urge to flag someone...

Most of us have been there. Someone's being just an utter dick and you think about flagging the shit out of them for it...even though you really shouldn't abuse the flagging system just because they suck at social interactions. I mean, I'm a dick myself often after all...

Because GIMP is a little bitch, it was annoying as ever to make this. Had to switch to RGB colors, then unoptimize the gif before I started doing any editing, so it wouldn't be all messes up. Then I typed in the text I wanted, resized it and put it in the position where I wanted it, and convert each piece of text to a path, then convert the path to a selection, grow the selection by 2 pixels, create a new layer for each piece of text, fill in the selection, and move it behind each piece of text. Then I flattened the text so it took up a single layer, and duplicated the text to every layer and flattened it into every individual layer.

Gimp really needs to get text effects, so I can at least skip the bullshit part of path to selection just to create a text outline.
