Is there anyone actually working in this space? I've been occasionally looking around for action, but haven't found anything yet. I love the idea of using auctions and bidding to create right of ways. It seems like the perfect match for blockchains and I would really like to hear people that might know what they are talking about discuss how to build a platform for this.
