yes there is a double entendre in this meme, but at the heart its about the end of a relationship. one partner seems to have felt that all the hard work and daily household task were left solely up to him. his lover, being accustomed to all of the tasks being done via his lover, failed to show appreciation or reciprocate his lovers efforts by taking on more or putting out equal efort.
