Yeah, but it's a little dark for me. It's day four of my fast and this is the day I look forward to. Hunger pangs are gone and I have a very clear head. There are a myriad of side effects that fasters can experience, but the only one I seem to have is occasional dizziness. At least so far. I'll break this fast on Monday morning making it 7 days since my last caloric intake. After the holiday I would like to do 21 days, but my wife is already starting to freak out. That is a common issue with fasters. They are ignorant of the benefits and don't understand why such an extreme measure is necessary. You can tell them all you want that it is because nothing else on earth addresses the root cause of autoimmune diseases, but they will still not support you.
