Just another Wefie !

One of the most common traits among insanely crazy addicted Steemians is the tendency to take pictures of their food or to take a wefie ( a combination of a self portrait with many other individuals in it )

For me, I find it perfectly normal, and for others .... well, I don't really bother of what other people think. Being able to capture the moment is surely a great thing. Of course there are times when its over doing it.

I'm not that great at Wefie taking however here are the 2 most common things which you should do to at least get a wefie right .

1st Rule - Do it on top !

One of the best way to get a proper wefie and to make sure everyone is included also is if you have some height ! Always try to find a position where you are higher then others. Even if you require to stand on a chair ! Everyone else can be on whatever position they are in and you can normally grab a huge no. of people.

The shot above I was actually on a chair and everyone else behind some was on a mini stage and some were sitting. Elevations were different however it just looks like a nice photo.

Taking the shot up also forces everyone to look up and this eliminates all those double chins and people seems to be much happier looking with a high shot.

 

2nd Rule - Do not take too long !

A wefie is suppose to be a very impromptu shot and very unplanned. So if you are going to be the person to take the shot. Make a loud noise and start holding your hand up. You'll see everyone starts jumping into the shot when you start a quick countdown with your hand held up high.

 

To End ...

Of course there are many other variables in taking a good wefie .. however these are just 2 which I always follow. Being able to capture the moment is from that impromptu shot may be your perfect shot.
