[TEAM STEEM] Putting Faces To Usernames - Attending the Steemfest in Ogun State, Nigeria.

The biggest aspect concerning Steemit is seeing individuals having similar dreams emerging together with one voice from across the world, projecting same dreams on same platform where they can not only share their passion but work together as a good team and leaders. I believe during every meetup otherwise known as Steemfest, to me Steemit is teaching us one of this three skills below;

LOVE
TEAM WORK
LEADERSHIP SKILLS

LOVE- is a feeling and a strong affection we have for one another arising out of kinship or personal ties which as bind us together as steemians and coming forth to meet with one voice and love.

TEAM WORK- Well it is one thing to create a team, but quite another to work as one. Teams don't work without teamwork and teamwork can not work without LOVE and good skills in LEADERSHIP... Steemit yet as set aside Steemfest to teach and create a stronger team within a community in other to work together to build a better community.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS- The question of what makes a good leader— in other words, what are leadership skills— It is clear that the ability to lead effectively relies on a number of key skills meanwhile the ability to lead and sacrifice without compromising is the number one skill.

Meetup in steemit has been an extraordinary discussion to join people together both new and old through meetup moreover meetup isn't a thing of a community yet a thing of Steemit which has sliced crosswise over worldwide to commend the delight of Steemit and the resurrection of minnows. It is a platform that gives voice to the community to support and to build.

Steemfest has from multiple points of view bring forth individuals of incredible personalities together both young and old while some even discover their perfect partner amid Meetup and this has truly helped in building a greater and better community inside steemit and within our community.

That was the reason it's dependably a delight to go to meetups and put appearances to usernames. Truly, meeting somebody in person is altogether different to simply visiting on the web as it has that individual touch and you become more acquainted with them shockingly better in a room during meetup.

As of late, I went to the Ogun State meetup sorted out by @kesolink on the 18th of February, 2018. It was an extremely a decent gathering of great people meeting up to commend love, advance and success. I really met with new and old companions yesterday and they all filled my heart with joy and laughter. It was without a doubt memory worth chronicle.

Obviously no meetup is complete without food and that was well taken care of by @kesolinks and his adorable team @souljay and many others, a big thanks to the awesome location (OLLAS CAFE, SHAGAMU, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA) where our meetup was held.

It was really a fantastic moment bind with great love and I wish we could have an international meetup sponsored and supported by the Steemit community all together because have realize that Steemit is not just a social platform but a means to build up entrepreneurs and grow feature leaders, we could likewise have further courses on this two topics and get certified with certificate and awards.
