STEEMIT MEET UP: Lake Edition, August 26
As part of our 2.5 Day LAKE & BAKE CLIFF JUMPING SUPER CAMP FEAST FUNdraiser, we're hosting a STEEMIT MEET UP @ Lake Whitney in Texas!
We invite you to to join us in the great outdoors to build community and discuss the revolutionary potential of this platform!
We welcome Steemians old and new to come out to the lake for the Meet Up!
We expect to introduce quite a few people to this platform, and we will be sure to address many important topics:
-What is Steemit & how does it work?
-How is it different than other social media?
-Creating an account
-Is it real money?
-What is a blockchain?
-What's happening in cryptocurrency?
The Steemit Meet Up will be held at Lake Whitney in Texas on Saturday, August 26 from 2 - 4 pm.
This is just one of the great events we have on the schedule for our awesome lake weekend party! You are invited to join us for all or part of the activities, including some epic cliff jumping!

Yay!!! We're taking Steemit to the Lake!! I"m sure there will be people there specifically for the Steemit portion of the event, as they see what a joyous experience we are having and always love to get in on the goodness. No time like the present!

I feel certain there will be people who show up--this will be an epic event and a primo opportunity to come together and explore some powerful possibilities. I'm not a cliff diver myself, but I'm sure there are some incredible photo and video opportunities.
