Ohh I think the edication is good! Though I'm not sure, I think there're courses for mature students:)
Mature students can study if they get a seat, I guess.
I did masters from England at age 31; had classmates from ages 21 to 60!

In Europe and America, you see university students from all age groups.; at least 50% youngsters though.
It's different in Asia!
Many do Ph. D. as matures in Asia too. :)
