6th Steemit Basketball Meetup at Villas Magallanes

Today's meetup is like a blessing wherein it is also Easter Sunday and people wake up very early so they will be on time for the resurrection of Jesus Christ and will be celebrate through a parade.

Most of these people does have less sleeping time due to yesterday's Blessing of Fire and Water which is also celebrated in church.

Our host @jassennessaj make sure that people will have less conflict to their schedule wherein most of the people are going to beaches to celebrate, that is why our meetup is around 6 pm to 9 pm at Villas Magallanes Basketball Court.

This was my first time to participate the meetup in Villas Magallanes because i missed the previous meetup due to conflict of schedule.

We have a lot of fun and enjoyment and at the same time we make sure that we always exercise sportsmanship. I do meet new faces and i am very happy with it since the Basketball Community has grown much.

After our basketball matches , we make sure that we will have our group picture. It might be dark due to the stadium lights but i am sure that our next meetup will be better one since we will make sure that it will be help on daytime.

I do talk with @josephace135, @loydjayme25, @jbeguna04 and @jassennessaj about what has been happening within Utopian Community and what would be the best thing to do on the more strict revised policies. It was a great chat where we learn each others ideas on how to improve our future contributions, since all of us has a history of contributing Utopian.

After another rest, i did talk to @reyarobo regarding his problem with discord account wherein he cannot make a comment on some group channels which needs some email verification. I do suggest that he should create a new gmail account since he can still access and modify his discord account settings.

As for our group picture, we did many shots using many phones from steemians. These picture above is a lot funnier than the other captures in which @chuuuckie attempts to join the group shot but it seems he was not fast enough to do a better pose which he accidentally blocks one steemian to be captured in photo.

Again i am looking forward for our next meetup and i am hoping that the drafting of players will be ready so we would know which team we do belong.

Basketball has been my way of exercise and i can't deny that it brings fun especially when you are about to gain new friends in every meetup, that is why it is very crucial to missed a meetup.
