Meetup with Cebu and Iligan #steemitachievers and Highschool Best of friends in Cebu City after the HHI Competition!
HipHop International Competition (HHI) Visayas Regional Qualifier was held at Robinson Galleria, Cebu City. Iligan City participating dance group namely “League of Aces” joined the said competition with fellow Steemians @janeynarzoles @itsmegeorgey @urielactub @princeanthonys @hakobe. They are members of the group and who happens to be part of #steemitachievers team as well. Iliganon Steemitachiever @kneelyrac contacted Cebuano Steemitachiever Admin @junebride together with her husband, @panoramicview, for a short meetup after the competition and then this happened. We wrote down our usernames on a paper and took a photo. It was nice meeting you both @junebride and @panoramicview! It was a short time but it felt like we’ve known each other so well. Thanks to this platform for the friendship built outside. Looking forward to have more time to spend with more #steemitachievers soon, if only time and situation allows us. Hehehe I know it will happen soon.
Other #steemitachievers- @ydal @kneelyrac @devjanes- went to watch the competition as they are part of the dance group also, together with @ynohtna29, ate @kneelyrac’s supportive boyfriend. They intentionally went there to support the group despite their busy works and schedules. It was really heart-warming to have a great support and love backing us up as we stepped on this journey.
Being able to win 3rd Place is beyond rewarding and uplifting knowing that our hard works are being paid off. We wouldn’t be able to achieve this success without the people who constantly believe in our potentials. We owe all of our achievements to you, family and friends! On to the Nationals! Here we come Manila! :D

These are my best friends way back in high school but I still consider them the same way for nothing has changed with their treatment and good vibes when being with them. It was like a moment of nostalgia meeting them after a long long time. They also freed their time just to watch our performance. We were in the third category of the competition but they still waited about 3 hours to be with us.
Right after the whole show, we decided to celebrate the night with them. As a newcomer at Cebu, I was so mesmerized by how fancy the place was especially the food restos and the nightlife. Before anything else, we went to go eating at the famous Sugbo located at Cebu I.T Park.
There were a lot of people dining when we got there. It wasn't new tho. We even had a hard time looking for a table.
Dinner time! so much love for the pork ribs. It was so soft and easy to masticate compared to all others that I have eaten before. It was a good eat after a tiring performance.
It is like a night market in our place but a more expensive one. There are a lot of foods to choose from drinks to viands to desserts. Anything you want to binge eat for a night was completely there. You just have to have a bulk of money with you. Hahaha
As for our case, my best friend cared of all our expenses that night. We were on the right timing to her job payout that was why we had a lot of fun and a full and satisfied tummy. After that, we went to Tonyo’s bar where we hang out and sang along. How I missed those times when we were complete as a circle. But nevertheless, I had a great time with this adulting friends with me. Hahaha. Until next time Y'all!
This wraps up my good night at cebu. It is indeed a night to remember- meeting this bunch of people from #steemitachievers up to my highschool bestfriends.
