Amazing and Successful Steemit 7th Meet-up | Growing community in Cebu

Steemit community in Cebu has grown bigger and bigger everyday. As you can see there were a lot of people that gathered yesterday for the 7th Meet up. Steemph core leaders organized another meet up for the existing users and newbies . This event helps everyone understand the Steemit platform better .
EVENT AREA
Marisse Patisserie is located at 32 Sanson Rd, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu. It is a pastry shops that serves delicious cakes and drinks. The entrance of the shop looks very elegant and sophisticated. I liked the ambiance of the place.
The poolside makes the cafe looks romantic and you can chill outside if you'd like . The pool is strictly not for swimming . It's just only for a decoration because I heard it's 10 feet deep.
This is a place that is very ideal for the meet up because it can accommodate a huge number of crowds. The organizers put a lot of effort in choosing the location . You both did a great job @ninyea and @itinerantph . :)
STEEMIT COMMUNITY
The meet up was scheduled to start at 1pm and when we arrived the shop was already almost full. I was surprised to see a large number of people and its my second time meet up since I started Steemit. The core leaders are already busy at that time . They are taking the attendance and writing the usernames on the paper.
Everyone was busy taking pictures and documenting the meet up . You can see the faces of them that they love what they are doing . Meeting new people is part of the Steemit journey. This is my second time to join the meet up so I knew some of the Steemians and of course I had an opportunity to meet the newbies .
We are busy catching up with everyone and the cafe became lively and filled with many laughter. It took us a long time so as far as I can remember they started the introduction at around 3 pm .
Steemit Mentors/host
The core leaders divided the Steemians into 3 groups since we are many and its difficult to discuss if the place is fully packed with people. Steemians who have gathered yesterday was way more than the last time I attended the meet up.
I think there are many people that are very interested with Steemit and it felt refreshing to know about it.
Anyway, the discussion started when everyone settled down in their respective groups. We can choose the group based on our interest .
Learning and knowing Steemit more is quite interesting for me . I am still a newbie here in this platform but I am always willing to be open-minded to all the information that the speakers has shared with all of us. We appreciate all the efforts and the willingness to help everyone become a better blogger in this community .
In this event, I met new people and interacted with them . There are many stories that are still unheard but there are many more meet up to come in the near future. Steemit is a good platform for everyone so let's help in making this community more powerful and bigger . Once again the 7th Meet up was successful and it was nice meeting everyone and looking forward to more events in the future. :) :) Let's make more fun and exciting memories together and keep on steeming. !!!
