Now That The Second Steemit Accelerator Hub (STACH) Is Opened - The Need For More Steem Hubs

Today, history was made in Nigeria. The second Steem Accelerator Hub was opened in the City of Uyo, Nigeria by Mr. @ejemai and his crew. Everybody who follows me, know I talk a lot about him and @stach. I am happy for his achievements and I wish him all the best in all his endeavours.

In my last post, I asked a great question - have you talked to someone about Steemit today? The importance of meetup was emphasized there. Today, my article is on the importance of Steem Hubs in our community.

Hubs are known to bring a lot of people together - people with great ideas that will help the community grow. Tech hubs are all over the world - bringing development to startups, the community and the world generally. What tech hubs can do, Steem hubs can do more. A Steem hub will bring about Steemians on a decentralized platform to learn and write under a conducive environment with probably free wifi and electricity.

After promoting Steemit to people through several meetups, a hub is a place you can bring in this people for easy registration or presentation or lectures. Meetings, seminars, meetups can also be held in a hub. This means it serves both educational and organizational purposes.

Hubs can also create jobs for people. Skilled, semi-skilled and non-skilled workers can be a part of this. I see hubs creating thousands of jobs and helping the government in reducing unemployment among millenials.

I urge thousands of Steemians all around the world to sit up and encourage Steem hubs in their communities. I am open to be a part of any Steem hub around the South-western region of Nigeria. I am a Steemian and I am proud of what it is doing to me and the whole world.
