Hello everyone! I'm here to announce the next gathering for NYC-ers and other locals, the launching of STEEM Park! I've updated the NYC Meetup page with the event details if you would like to RSVP and let us know you're coming.

The afternoon will be filed with communal activities and little presentations on the history of Herbert von King Park and how we at the @hitheryon team have been working closely with the park conservancy to establish this blockchain relationship. 45 mostly non-Steemit users have already RSVP'ed for the event in New York and we've got a whole crowd coming in from the community mailing list. It'll be an awesome opportunity to showcase the power of Steemit and get even more New Yorkers engaged with the platform.

Absolutely! Some individuals have already expressed interest in doing other physical projects in the UK, Korea, Nigeria, etc. and we would be happy to support anyone and everyone willing to pursue this impact!

Wish i lived closer to be able to attend but in Liverpool UK,it sounds like a really great idea. I'm sure they're will be lots of posts about it though.

Do you stream these meet ups? if not, you should look into it.
Not as of yet since they've been only social gatherings thus far but when we start doing workshops and presentations, we'll definitely try to set it up!
