Meetup #32 - Surprise Birthday Dinner Gathering at Uptown Damansara

The day had come for a meetup with @littlenewthings at Sukishi, a Japanese Steamboat Restaurant at Starling Mall and initially,​ she was being informed as to​ her "pre-busy dinner gathering" with us 😂 but it was partially the case as it also her early birthday celebration too.

Everything was planned beforehand a​ few weeks ago together with @chloephuan93 (organizer), @zord189 and @joannewong in our secret chat group.

We had invited few Steemians which ​include @bitrocker2020, @elizacheng, @orangila, @khimgoh and @davidke20 to join us and celebrate this surprise gathering with her as well. Sadly, @karinzdailygrind and @maverickfoo wasn't able to join us this gathering.

With most of us are here, our dinner started off as a normal kind of dinner with the pot filled with soup and dishes of meat served up on​ the side. The meat​ was dropped into the soup to be cooked and eat later on​ while waiting @littlenewthings went off to get herself some sauces over the counter bar.

@chloephuan93 had bought her some rose for mother day and we had put on her seat and pushed into the table so that she doesn't​ see it until she pulls​​ back her chair to sit again and that indeed caught her by the first surprise she gets 🙈.

The second surprise which comes later on after our dinner almost ended with some of us is starting to have our ice cream desserts and while @khimgoh and family just started their dinner as they arrived slightly late.

As we were talking like normal just to distract her attention from seeing​ the cake while the staff helps us to set it up 😅 and there we had, be hold the starting of singing birthday song with everyone else singing it together 🙌🏻.

After all the shot, @littlenewthings makes a wish, blow the candle and have the cut the cake ceremony

Finally ending the night with 2 surprises, a full stomach of meats, a full stomach of desserts and an unstoppable talking outside of the restaurant 😂. It's a wonderful night and again wishing @littlenewthings an "early" Happy Birthday.
