How can we start doing meditation perfectly because everytime i try to do i find myself in dreams instead of focusing..

wake up early, take ear plug & put the same on ears, deep breath and count 10 to 1 counting, focus in center, and feel the power of meditation.....meditation is very forget everything on that time...focus in center...listen carefully voices which is come from your inner soul, do the same and let me know about your meditation experience bro.
