At the end of each journal, you will find doodle pages for what came into mind meaning any visions, they are there so you can draw them as you saw them. Many times you will find a message within the drawing, for yourself, a friend, or a loved one.
The coolest part, it could be for someone you have not encountered yet in life. Remembering every journey of meditation time is the most important part. They are messages given to us for a reason.
