I often use mindfulness in providing cognitive rehabilitation; many good outcomes have already been reported. By practicing that feeling of focusing one's attention and thoughts, it becomes easier to self-identify when you have broken away from the desired subject of attention and bring yourself back more quickly. A nice clear infographic to share the benefits, thanks!
