How To Meditate? Simple yet powerful.

Let me tell you what i really like about my meditation…
This tool is so transformative you know why? Because when we actually are meditating we trigger chemicals inside our bodies like neurotransmitters, hormones and molecules wich can have an remarkable effect upon you.
The best time to meditate is first thing in the morning and trust once it becomes a habit, then it’s really easy and enjoyable.
Why meditate first thing in the morning?
Simply because we know that our brain are still asleep and that’s the time when our brain are in theta waves and is my preferable state to practice meditation.
Theta waves will bring you to the flow state, feel how your logical thinking now becomes creative thinking.
Both brain hemispheres are balanced, as well the heart coherence.
So how long do i need to meditate?
Honestly, from five minutes up to one hour depends of your habits and time management, remember to choose a quiet place and use your laser-focus only on your breath by breathing deeply and slowly.
If your mind gets bombarded with thoughts that’s fine, just observe and return to your breath.
That’s called Mindfulness Meditation and it's like a gym for our brain.
