Hope all of you are fine and doing well also. i am also fine by the Grace of Allah . I think all of you know about meditation. Today i want to let you know about the benefits of meditation If you want to control the mind then start meditation . lets start.....

Meditation is one of the things that everyone is interested in, only benefits
Meditation is a very easy task. I do not think there is any other easy task in this world.

Whether we are all willing or unintentionally, many things keep on spinning our heads and keep our brain busy. During meditation, we have to think about one thing, that we must understand very well with our eyes.
