Hair growth meditation with affirmations (15mins)

I created this meditation for myself to do every morning, shortly after waking. The intention behind it is to stop my receding hairline and re-grow the bits which have already disappeared. It may seem barmy to you but having had some experience with this already, I can assure you it is very effective if practiced daily.

Rather than make an audio file I felt like creating a film for this mediation, a collection of my drone, time-lapse & underwater shots from around Indonesia.

It is my belief that affirmations are made much more powerful by creating them ourselves, by using our instinct and intuition to guide us.

I am a Reiki practitioner and hands-on healer. Further to this, I have been told that my voice has a healing quality to it. Therefore, I encourage you to open your mind and have a listen. Even if you don't want to re-grow your hair ;)

Perhaps you will find some ideas of your own? There are few of us who don't have some aspect of our lives we would like to improve upon.

Please wear headphones when you listen and sit in a comfortable position in a calm room. Do this daily and you will see results within a few months. It's also a very peaceful start to the day, which is only ever going to be a good thing.

My hair is thick, full, alive, and abundant

My hair is an extension of my inner vitality

I love to run my fingers through my hair

I love the way my hair feels

I love looking at myself in the mirror

I feels amazing to see new hair growing on my scalp

When i touch my hair I touch it lovingly

When I touch my scalp there is an energy which flows from my hands

The growth of my hair reflects the growth of my mind

I am my own source of strength

I am multi dimensional

I am always improving

I am always evolving

I am present in the appreciation of this moment

I am loving the process of my expansion

I am right where I need to be
