Adjust your body. Sit up tall. It's more important for you to sit comfortably than it is for you to sit up tall but see if you can manage both.

Now connect to your breath. Each inhalation, each exhalation. The breath is effortlessly moving in and out.

Notice the sound of your breath. The way that it feels.

Are you able to breathe in all the way? Maximum capacity? If so, suspend the breath on the inhale for just a moment and then exhale. At the bottom of the exhalation hold the breath out for just a moment, suspending the airflow and then breathe in again.

Be very attentive to how you feel afterwards. keeping the body and mind calm and relaxed.

Continue to connect to the sound of your breathing and just observe how the breath sounds. This white noise we are tuning into is very similar to the white noise of the churning ocean. The sound of ocean waves or the subtle sounds of the tides rising and subsiding.

Meditation will help us keep the mind clean and organized. When the mind is calm and peaceful, free from agitation and stress. The body responds by keeping calm and feeling relaxed. Simple breathing exercises like this can have a profound effect on your mood and overall health and wellbeing.

Do yourself a favor and listen to some ocean waves. Synchronize your breathing with the waves. Connect to the ebb and flow of the space inside and outside of the body.

Cheers!
