Meditation --learning to live ///// MEDITACION --- APRENDIENDO A VIVIR

Today
Look inside you -Pure energy!!!!!! ONLY ENERGY
No matter what happens in life
No matter how difficult it may be.
Every time I take space from meditation I realize that I am safe.
I realize that the search is inside,
That my hunger is satisfied in self-love,
That I can not go against my nature and I must accept who I am, in all my forms
And even better. I realize that life is simple, simple and that limitations are creations of the mind. Every day has his eagerness said ghandi so tomorrow is another day and qe the most important is to learn to live.

Hoy
mira en tu interior -Pura energía

No importa lo que suceda en la vida
No importa lo difícil que pueda ser .
Cada vez que tomo espacio de la meditacion me doy cuenta que estoy a salvo .
Me doy cuenta que la búsqueda está dentro ,
que mi hambre se sacia en el amor propio ,
que no puedo ir en contra de mi naturaleza y debo aceptar quién soy , en todas mis formas
Y aún mejor . Me doy cuenta que la vida es simple , sencilla y que las limitaciones son creaciones de la mente . Cada día tiene su afán decía ghandi así que mañana es otro día y qe lo más importante es aprender a vivir .

Stop doing .... to be.
Allowing me to rest space to feel myself
and to leave the thought to one side.
Dejar de hacer .... para ser .
Permitiéndome espacio de descanso para sentirme
y dejar el pensamiento a un lado .
