Body awareness stories coming soon! First: what is this and why would you like it?

Hello, dear ones, and thank you for stopping by.

I am ready to share my stories here on Steemit, little stories that help us all be more aware of our body. This body of ours speaks to us, sends us messages every day and if we manage to decode them we will have an even more beautiful life.

Why do my stories work?

Focusing on working hard, being busy all the time, makes us forget about the obvious which in this case is our body. We use our physical body all the time and let's be honest, we are taking it for granted.

Only after some years, or after a serious injury we start to tell ourselves: "I should stop eating this and that", "I should exercise more", or even "I used to love to go out more, I would love to do that again."

Now is the time to look at this body as a very important tool for us. And my stories do exactly that.

Why should you read my stories? :D

I have a lot of experience on how the body moves and what does it need in order for us humans to have a real and clear communication with it.
After two difficult accidents happened in my childhood, I had to relearn how to walk and how to move my left hand. I did not know what I was doing back then, obviously! BUT I continued to love exercising, to be curious about how the body communicates with the nature around me, with the food I ate, with the thoughts I have. I went along and studied basic anatomy, meridians, massage therapy and yoga alignment.

I participated to too many personal growth courses, and right now I want to share what I know in a personal and I think, unique manner: through these little stories that come to my mind while I guide people to deep meditation.

How does this work?
I will ask you before every story to take some deep breaths. Inhale 4 seconds, exhale 4 seconds. As you read, let your imagination form the images in your mind. Take the words into your body and check if you feel anything in your body. Usually, everything goes well from the first read. If you don't feel anything, take it as an exercise. In time, with practice, after a few stories, your connection with your body will be different. Can't wait for your comments!
