Meditation can solve all problems

No one really knows the true power of meditation and the limits of how far we can stretch ourselves to overcome even that which our mind thinks is the impossible. Unfortunately for many the impossible is something that is very easily overcome with something as small as closing your eyes and sitting still.

We are living in a time where even the smallest things in our lives have become mere impossibilities and it's shocking and sad to see how people affected by abuse, drugs, loneliness, stress and family commitments have now decided they can no longer keep up, you hear the statement "I can't physically cope" over and over again, every new person you meet, who after some time finds confidence in you, usually opens up about his/her problems and more often then not they are giving up on themselves.

I have met countless people in my lifetime, and I have come across people who claim their life is a big fat mess. They give up like there is no one in the world in a worse position then them. It happens to the best of us we all go through these moments, but we completely forget about reality and the truth of the matter, which is, we are not even going through a % of what someone else might be going through, and there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel.

You might have at times in your life been there for a friend or a loved one or even yourself found confidence in someone that you shared your biggest secret or pain of this world to. If you go back and remember that moment and remember the words which were said during that time, could there have been something if anything that you could have said better? Think deeply, try to remember the fine details, then entire conversation may have been ugly, negative and full of sadness and dispair. There was hardly any humor any hope any positivity do you know why? Because as humans we tend to think we understand the pain of others and most of the time, we, ourselves think the problem is huge and impossible to fix.

But there is a simple method, and it works every time. You just have to regularly practice it and that is something called Meditation. Every thought we carry in our mind dictates our next decision, we can be positive about things or we can be negative. Any of the two are possible yet both are choices we ourselves make, meditation helps build awareness of this matter and allows us to strengthen our mind, it is scientifically proven to reduce levels of stress and anxiety which are guarantees of several illnesses and diseases. It's cures the mind, body and soul from feeling the way we feel each and every day. We can be saved from so many troubles, yet we neglect the only thing that can help us and with limited effort.

Think about the amount of time which has been wasted, worrying or stressing over something we could forget or feel no pain towards if we just sat and meditated in our room. When we look back at weak moments, we realise we wasted so much time worrying over absolutely nothing "Zinch" nothing and for what?, we got nothing out of it, but it's true we could have! we could have made a negative into a positive and turned it in our favour, we could have smiled and accepted the nature of life to overcome the problems of today to looking forward to a new tomorrow, we could have been free but we choose otherwise everytime.

Not anymore no! we have a choice and we can still make things better for a brighter future, we will start meditating today and make everyday better then yesterday.

Hehe I'm glad to hear of your passion for meditation, and that it is going well for you. Exercising your minds will power successfully is no different than performing a work out in the gym. Your brain will literally thank you for it, and return the favor by giving you the mental clarity and control over your thoughts beyond any capabilities you had already possessed. You WILL become a stronger human. End of story. Good stuff brother.

How true is that! I couldn't have put it in better words , you hit the nail on the head. Neglecting the body is neglecting the soul and that will just lead to misery. We can exceed our "limitations" because the truth is we do not really know the true capability of humans.

Will definitely have a look , I am still learning more day after day and it never fails to amaze me,the human mind holds to many capabilities.

I used to meditate a LOT, its actually incredible how much it helps you out during the day, especially when youve been stressed for a while

I'm telling you, it's absolutely amazing reduces stress so well and just helps you prepare for the day after.

I always say meditate instead of medicate. Meditation creates peace in your life.

It truly does, and is neglected alot by the masses if everyone knew how beneficial it was we would have less people worrying it more looking forward to the future.
