James Allen (28 November 1864 – 24 January 1912) was a British philosophical writer known for his inspirational books and poetry and as a pioneer of the self-help movement. His best known work, As a Man Thinketh, has been mass-produced since its publication in 1903. It has been a source of inspiration to motivational and self-help authors.

We face many challenges in our life and each one is a test for ourselves to see how we are going to handle them and if they are in a meek or rash manner. Over time you will learn and become more patient and in the end everything will be calm and tranquil.

I used to think, the meaning of this line "All power is within," until I didn't get it, is 'inside my body.'
But the truth is that it is the infinite consciousness which holds the path of everything. That power source is infinite and so is this sprawling consciousness, only if you can make it sprawl over it.

Power means weakness itself! if we say powerful, it doesn't say we have no weaknesses! It says, we have weaknesses but we have faked it by dressing something called as "powerful"!

I have meditated on balance and equanimity of late. I wonder whether these are the more noble goals than the pursuit of happiness. It is in the tension between extremes. The middle way between power and weakness.
It all starts by listening to the will of within :)
Each act of will, will strengthen us. It will strengthen our good or our bad and form us into our the being of our prevailing thoughts.
