Practiced a lot of this type of stuff when I was in my rehab program. I tell you what ,the stuff does work. You could spend a lifetime practicing it and still never come close to mastering it. I mean, I don't think one can even Master meditation and relaxation exercises. But you can get a basic, general concept down for certain techniques. But yeah, that deep relaxation and peace with oneself is what we strive for mainly i believe. Its all good stuff i loved it. It does work great I have to say for stress reliever for me anyways. Great post thank you. :-)
